User Agreement

Preface

This Agreement is a legal agreement between the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") and this platform (hereinafter referred to as "we") regarding the products and services provided by this platform. To protect your legal rights and interests, please read all the terms of this Agreement carefully.

I. Definition

1. This platform: refers to the software, website, application and other related technical support systems that provide online services.

2. User: refers to the individual or entity that registers, uses or accesses the services of this platform.

3. Account: refers to the identity credentials obtained by the user after registration.

Ⅱ. User Qualification and Registration

1. You must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must use this platform with the consent and supervision of your legal guardian.

2. Users must provide true, legal and valid information when registering and update it in a timely manner.

3. Your account is for your own use only and may not be transferred, rented or authorized to others.

4. You must keep your account information properly. If the information is leaked due to your own reasons, the responsibility shall be borne by the user.

5. Users shall not register multiple accounts with false information or use accounts for illegal activities.

6. Users are obliged to maintain the security of their accounts. If any abnormal activities are found, they should immediately notify this platform.

7. After registration, users are deemed to have agreed to accept this agreement and related management regulations.

III. User Rights and Obligations

1. Users have the right to use the legal services provided by this platform.

2. Users shall not use this platform to engage in illegal activities or activities that infringe the rights of others, including but not limited to:

a) Spread illegal, violent, or obscene content;

b) Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others;

c) Conduct network attacks or undermine system security;

d) Conduct false advertising or fraudulent activities;

e) Spread malware or viruses, affecting the normal use of other users;

f) Interfere with the normal operation of this platform or undermine the user experience of other users.

3. Users shall bear legal responsibility for their own speech and behavior on this platform, and shall bear the damage caused by their own behavior.

4. Users shall abide by the community rules and other management regulations formulated by this platform and shall not disrupt the normal order.

5. Users shall not use technical means to undermine the fairness of the platform, such as using plug-ins, cheating tools, etc.

6. Users shall ensure that the content generated by users during the use of this platform, such as comments, pictures, videos, etc., does not infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others.

7. Users should update their account passwords regularly to reduce the risk of account theft.

IV. Platform Rights and Obligations

1. This platform has the right to adjust, change, suspend or terminate part or all of the services according to the operating conditions and notify users in advance.

2. This platform is obliged to protect user personal information and will not disclose it to third parties except in the following circumstances:

a) Obtain explicit consent from the user;

b) In accordance with laws, regulations or government requirements;

c) Maintain the public interest or the legitimate rights and interests of the platform;

d) Protect the legitimate rights and interests of other users and third parties.

3. This platform has the right to take measures such as warning, restricting use, and banning accounts against users who violate this agreement.

4. This platform does not pre-screen user content, but has the right to delete, block or restrict access to content that violates this agreement when necessary.

5. The services provided by this platform may contain advertising content, and users understand and agree to accept relevant advertisements.

6. This platform has the right to carry out operational maintenance and technical upgrades to enhance user experience.

V. Intellectual Property

1. All content on this platform (including but not limited to software, code, trademarks, images, etc.) is protected by law and may not be used without authorization.

2. The content uploaded by users on the platform is deemed to grant the platform a free, irrevocable license to use.

3. Users may not copy, modify, disseminate or commercially exploit any content on this platform without authorization.

4. This platform has the right to delete or block content suspected of infringing intellectual property rights.

5. When users use content or services provided by third parties, they must comply with the intellectual property terms of the third party.

VI. Service Changes and Termination

1. This platform may adjust, suspend or terminate part or all of the services when necessary.

2. If the user violates this agreement, this platform has the right to terminate the service immediately.

3. After termination, the user account and related data may be deleted.

4. If the service of this platform is terminated due to force majeure, policy adjustment or other uncontrollable factors, the user will be notified in advance and the relevant matters will be properly handled.

5. If the user decides to stop using this platform, he should actively cancel the account and clean up the relevant data.

6. This platform is not responsible for any losses caused by the termination of the service.

VII. Limitation of Liability

1. This platform tries its best to ensure the stability of the service, but is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, network failure, etc.

2. The user shall bear the losses caused by his own behavior.

3. This platform is not responsible for the legality and authenticity of the content, advertisements, and links provided by third parties.

4. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, this platform is not responsible for any indirect damages, special damages, or consequential damages.

5. This platform is not responsible for any data loss or other damages caused by the user's use of the platform's services.

Ⅷ. Dispute Resolution

1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

2. The parties shall negotiate in a friendly manner for any disputes arising from this Agreement. If no agreement is reached through negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the court where this platform is located.

3. If some of the terms of this Agreement are deemed invalid or unenforceable, the validity of other terms shall not be affected.

4. Users shall comply with local laws and regulations when using the services of this platform.

IX. Privacy Protection

1. This platform respects user privacy and takes reasonable measures to protect the security of user personal information.

2. We may collect, store and process your data to provide better services.

3. We promise not to illegally sell or rent user data, and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or with the user's consent.

4. Users have the right to query, correct and delete their personal information, and can perform related operations through the channels provided by this platform.

5. This platform uses encryption technology to protect user data, but users should take reasonable measures to protect their own information security.

Ⅹ. Others

1. The titles of the terms of this Agreement are for ease of reading only and do not affect the interpretation of the terms.

2. If some of the terms of this Agreement are deemed invalid, the other terms will remain legally effective.

3. This platform reserves the final right of interpretation of this Agreement.

4. This platform may revise this Agreement from time to time according to business development needs, and the revised agreement will be notified to users through announcements or other reasonable means.

5. If users continue to use the services of this platform after the modification of this Agreement, they will be deemed to have accepted the modified terms.
